We are currently looking for:

Mobile Apps QA

We are looking for a hands-on mobile/web apps Quality Assurance Analyst to test our growing mobile/web application offerings. The QA team will work closely with our Mobile/Web Application Team to develop solid manual and automation testing strategies in order to find, report, and resolve bugs quickly. You should enjoy working in the fast-paced environment of a cryptocurrency company, where innovation and rapidly-evolving technology is the standard.

In the QA team, we expect self-motivated and innovative individuals with a strong work ethic. Mobile/web application testing experience within an enterprise or consumer software company is required. Members of the team are expected to plan, design, and review test specifications and ensure proper coverage based on technical specifications. As part of our Agile development and release process, we develop and maintain suits of smoke and regression automation tests that provide consistent and repetitive quality coverage.

  • Develop test plans and testware for both new development and regression coverage within our mobile product suite including iPad, iPhone, Android, tablets, and additional web platforms
  • Execute testware and provide regular status against your test plans
  • Develop and maintain a dynamic test coverage matrix for all supported mobile devices, operating systems, software versions, and simulators
  • Develop automated mobile functional and regression tests for multiple platforms including iOS, Android, and web
  • Interact effectively with Product Management and Development
  • Actively participate in Agile sprint planning and scrum teams
  • Demonstrate innovation and creativity while adhering to the standards of a world class QA organization
  • Provide QA input on mobile/web applications, with considerations for the following: focus on the user experience, make the product enjoyable to use, keep it simple, enforce consistency across a variety of supported mobile devices and platforms, focus on security

  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
  • 2+ years minimum development/testing experience with one or more of the following areas: iOS (iPad, iPhone applications); Android or other tablets, including HTML5 applications
  • Proven experience with delivering high-quality software products within a full development lifecycle
  • Experience testing internet applications with frameworks such as Flex, Silverlight, or JavaScript
  • Well-versed in Agile development methodologies, including test automation
  • Knowledge of the architecture and design of object-oriented applications, including experience with Objective C and/or Java
  • Hands-on mobile automation experience with any of the following: FoneMonkey, MonkeyTalk, Selenium, UI Automation or other similar technologies
  • Self-starter attitude
  • Excellent analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem determination
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and organizations
  • Not afraid to identify inefficient processes and suggest creative solutions
  • Attitude and aptitude to be successful in a growing and fast-paced company
  • Ability to deliver on time working in a fast-paced agile environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher. Computer Science/Engineering major is preferable

Sales Representative

We are looking for a Sales Representative who will play a fundamental role in creating and maintaining key customer relationships. He/she must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with stakeholders, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and generating leads.

  • Source new sales opportunities using SalesForce or other major CRM software through inbound leads, follow-ups and outbound cold calls, and emails
  • Maintain and expand a database of prospects within all assigned territories by tracking Business Development initiatives using CRM Maximizer or equivalent
  • Maintain Active Sales Literature
  • Report customer needs and requirements to the executive level
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate leads
  • Assist with tradeshow activities as required
  • Manage social media initiatives including website traffic, media kits, brochures, etc.

  • Sales / Marketing / Business degree or equivalent
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in corporate productivity and web presentation tools, Microsoft Office products, social media sites, marketing software
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is a plus

Sales Team Leader

We are looking to build and grow our team with a Sales Team Leader who has the drive to learn about and succeed in one of the most innovative technology fields. He/she is self-motivated and shares our energy and enthusiasm for exceeding customer expectations.

  • Direct Inside Sales and Customer Service team to meet/exceed all goals related to cross/up-selling and customer service activities
  • Monitor calls to ensure that best practices are being followed and quality guidelines are met
  • Continuously motivate the team to reach expected performance levels
  • Continuously analyze results of each team member to ensure that goals are met
  • Implement immediate adjustments when attainment is threatened
  • Monitor incentive programs for effective results
  • Establish leadership presence by being involved in the day to day team activities
  • Coach Representatives and schedule their time while giving constant, consistent feedback so that they have a clear understanding of expectations
  • Coordinate new hire training when required and ensure that all department-specific training has been scheduled and executed
  • Review all activities to forecast additional customer needs
  • Experience with a major CRM software such as SalesForce or Zoho is a plus

  • Education: College/Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-3 years supervisory experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in cold calling sales
  • 1-2 years customer service experience
  • Selling across all organizational levels
  • All forms of inside sales backgrounds – making outbound calls
  • Self-starter capable of delivering on goals with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication/influencing/negotiating skills, both written and verbal, required
  • Familiar with shipping products to customer warehouses and related paperwork
  • Energetic, compelling, and professional sales presence using email and the telephone
